Dorothea Allison to Milborough Mackay Oyama B.C Canada Dec 11th Dearest Mib -- I hope this will do but it is the best I can do for the present at any rate, as we are in the midst of a Zero spell. 38 degrees of frost, 6 below Zero last night & a horrid wind blowing. So we can't very well drive in to town (Vernon) until it slackens up a little. Even to post this I must walk 4 miles in the snow, & I am such a fool at getting frostbite -- it seems to attack me quicker than most people. An awful country to live in, isn't it!
